Welcome to BeanGame.io. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BeanGame.io (the "Service"), operated by WESTONB.DEV LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

BeanGame.io is a free online card game inspired by the bean trading genre. The Service allows users to play games against computer-controlled opponents or other users in real-time multiplayer sessions.

BeanGame.io is an independent fan project inspired by the bean trading card game genre. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other card game publisher. All trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

6. User Content

Any content you submit to the Service (such as display names or chat messages, if applicable) remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against WESTONB.DEV LLC.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WESTONB.DEV LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
